CEO – Fast Growing Wealth Manager
Fram were appointed to assist a wealth manager in hiring a CEO. The firm has ambitious growth plans and is pursuing a build and build strategy. However, before embarking on this journey they had a great deal of work to do to ensure their infrastructure was first class. The appointee needed to have previous SMF1 status and the ability to create and execute a successful strategy.
Not only did Fram successfully help the firm to hire a CEO, we also assisted the firm in appointing a CFO.
CEO – FinTech
We were approached by a boutique FinTech, who had been in operation for some time. They were disappointed with the search they’d already conducted, and once able to work with Fram, we were approached to help them find a growth orientated CEO with a founder’s mentality. It was a complex search, as the individual not only needed to understand their underlying business, but they also needed to position the firm for its next phase of growth. The appointee needed to be operationally competent, but naturally focused on growth.
