We are best known for wealth management recruitment, sourcing advisers, paraplanners and leadership hires for firms across the UK. Our asset management and venture capital practices are built on deep, long standing sector relationships, and our debt and capital solutions team covers specialist finance and asset finance appointments.

Founded in 2010, Fram Search works with ambitious SMEs, established regulated firms and selected listed businesses, typically with headcounts of up to 500 employees. We recruit predominantly at experienced hire, leadership and executive level, from specialist professionals through to the C-suite of smaller firms.

We offer both retained executive search and contingent recruitment, built around proven headhunting methodology, established databases and extensive networks. Much of the best talent in financial services is not actively job hunting, so we invest real effort in reaching passive candidates rather than relying on job adverts.

Our track record includes GDPR compliant market mapping, confidential senior appointments, and successful team moves and build outs. We are led by founder Simon Roderick, who has 25 years of experience in financial services recruitment and regularly comments in the trade media. Fram has no external shareholders, so every decision is made with long term client and candidate relationships in mind, not short term targets.
