Fram Search is a privately owned specialist financial services recruitment consultancy. Our core business is permanent recruitment, assisting leading firms with a headcount of up to circa 500 in the UK and overseas. In terms of seniority, we focus on the mid-to-senior market. We work with experienced hires right the way through to the marzipan layer, or C-suite of smaller firms. Our aim is to build close and lasting relationships with clients who become repeat customers, and with candidates who we help throughout their career.

Our senior recruiters are very experienced in executive search, with our wider team of financial services recruitment consultants highly trained and able to support clients with contingent recruitment. We have a demonstrable track record of GDPR compliant market mapping, managing team moves, build outs, and managing key individual assignments.

Fram offers both retained executive search and contingent recruitment solutions, both of which utilise our proven headhunting methodology, our deep networks, and established database. We go the extra mile to attract sought after passive talent, as our experience is that candidates are saturated with job adverts online.
