With Emily & Amie recently joining our team, we wanted to introduce our fantastic research team, who support our experienced consultants.

Emily Tomlin

Emily is a member of Fram’s Sales & Marketing practice, focusing on mid-to senior hires within the financial services industry. She is always keen to hear from candidates from the sales & marketing community.

About me

I am a chatty people person with a slight obsession with “The Home Edit” and anything organisation. I love spending time with my little boy and taking him on adventures all over the country with our French Bulldog Lola. I practise a fit and healthy lifestyle, which is always undermined with my obsession of baking unhealthy treats. Having previously worked in the motor industry I now absolutely love dealing with people instead of cars (people are a lot easier to deal with!).

Amie Haines

Amie is a member of Fram’s Corporate Functions practice, focusing on mid-to senior hires within the financial services industry. Functionally, she works on assignments in finance, operations, and legal & compliance

About me

I am a people person, and love to chat! I have come from a long and varied policing background within investigation, public facing roles and dealing with emergency calls.

I have 2 young daughters, and we spend our free time as a family in Cornwall exploring and visiting our family. Working for Fram I feel I have found a great work / life balance, and am learning something new every day!

I love to cook for friends and family, exercise using my “cult” spin bike and consider myself the 5th judge on strictly come dancing.

Gayle Waller

Gayle joined Fram as a Researcher in 2021, working on Fram's Investment & Advice practice. Her role involves analysis of markets and their key particpants and she supports our consulting team in building relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive customer experience. 

About me

I live in a football mad household, surrounded by two young boys and a partner who just live and breathe sport (good job I’m also a fan!). My boys are my life and are such a joy to be around, even on the cold wet weekends watching them play football. I am a natural organiser and can easily get myself involved in sorting out parties and events for friends and family. When I do get some spare time, I like to exercise with bootcamp, walking with my friends, making candles, and researching our next trip/holiday away.

We are part of a group of families who all own an allotment patch, which my boys enjoy being involved in.  Watching them try and cook a veggie dish for me from the produce we grow is just like come dine with me!
