We’ve been working hard here at Fram. We’ve worked with the VC community for years and to a lesser extent the PE community (watch this space), and we’re often asked if we can help with appointments in portfolio companies. Until now we’ve always said “no”, but over the last 6 months we’ve been developing our non-financial services brand, Fram Professionals. Fram Professionals focuses on key mid-to-senior hires for non-financial services firms across the UK. We’ve spent the last few months building our database, our networks of talent professionals, and we’re now ready to introduce candidates and to manage searches for our GP clients. Our aim is to help clients find the most appropriate, dynamic, and results driven individuals who can lead teams through rapid growth.
