What a year it’s been! In between Zoom meetings, placing our first candidate without any physical meetings (6 months later, the candidate still hasn’t met their new employer) and seeing very little of our own team, let alone our clients, this has been a strange year indeed. Our Christmas party became an outdoor BBQ in the end, courtesy of our fabulous home at Wrest Park, though we have also tried to support local restaurants by using them for team meetings, back when such things were still allowed.

2020 has been a hard year for so many, and it has been difficult to see so many people made redundant and entering the job market. The recruitment industry has had a tough year itself, and we are very proud that we have kept our lovely team intact, and that 2020 has been – on balance – a fairly good year. We are now seeing renewed positivity, and with a vaccine programme underway and a new year to celebrate and look forward to, we are feeling excited about 2021. We wanted to thank all our clients and candidates who have worked with us this year, and to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and great start to 2021!
