Women in Finance Charter
Many of our clients are at the forefront of diversity and inclusion initiatives such as the Women in Finance Charter. They are also disclosing their gender pay gaps. We are delighted to work with these firms and to support in them in continuing to developing their diversity initiatives, and we are regular authors of articles on the subject.

In terms of gender pay gap, Fram has more female staff members, and a pay gap in favour of women, which puts us in the company of only 14% of firms that reported nationally (2018 figures).
