Finding a Compliance Manager for a High-Growth Asset Finance Firm

The Challenge

Our client is an asset finance firm operating outside the major financial centres, competing for talent against the draw of London and Birmingham. With high standards of governance embedded in their culture, they needed a Compliance Manager with direct asset finance industry experience.
